Question : If a woman puts on Make up and the make-up is waterproof, is her ablution correct, or is it upon her to remove all her make-up off before making ablution?

Answer: From the conditions of correct wudhu is that we should remove anything that doesn't allow the water to reach the skin. For example, removing soil. Before actually doing the wudhu you should remove anything that doesn't allow water to reach the skin. Then you perform the wudhu. Why? For the reason of not contradicting the order of the part that should be washed. So wash these things off first then perform the wudhu. And I also want to advise you by saying , if you can reach out to your sisters as well, that they should leave off the use of these cosmetics which are actually harmful to the skin and that they use those natural cosmetics which do not harm. And I advise away from these cosmetics which women wear so that it doesn't change the creation of Allah and to the extent that it changes their appearance.
