Bismillaah wal hamdulillaah was salaatu was salaamu 'alaa rasoolillaah, wa ba'd!
En syster frågade mig varför det är förbjudet att plocka ögonbrynen. Jag har inte hittat svaret på det förutom Allaahs Tal
"He cannot be questioned as to what He does, while they will be questioned." (21:23)
Här är lite allmänt om att plocka ögonbrynen

Women Removing Hairs
Removing pubic and underarm hairs is Sunnah. It is best to pluck the armpit hairs and shave the pubic hairs. But, there is no harm if they are removed by different means. There is no harm in the woman removing her leg and arm hairs. Removing eyebrow hairs at the request of the husband is not allowed. The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) cursed the one who does the removing and the one who has it done. This is in reference to the one who has eyebrow hairs removed. - Shaikh ibn Baz (rahimahullaah)
Narrated Aisha (radiyallaahu 'anhaa):
"The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: 'Ten are the acts according to fitrah: clipping the moustache, letting the beard grow, using the tooth-stick, snuffing up water in the nose, cutting the nails, washing the finger joints, plucking the hair under the armpits, shaving the pubes, and cleaning one's private parts with water.' The narrator said: 'I have forgotten the tenth, but it may have been rinsing the mouth.'" (Sahih Muslim)

Removing Hair From The Eyebrows
What is the ruling on removing the hair from the eyebrows at the request of one's husband?
Removing (plucking, shaving, waxing etc.) the hair from the eyesbrows at the request of one's husband is not permissible, because the Messenger (salallaahu 'alayhi wassallam) said:
"Cursed is the plucker [of eyebrows] (an-naamisah) and the one who has plucking done."
And 'an-namas' is the one who removes the hair of the eyebrows.

A woman removing facial hair and hair from the legs and arms
*Please appropriately reference this fatwa to: www.fatwa-online.com,
Question: What is "an-nams"? And is it permissible for a woman to remove facial hair and the hair from her legs and arms if such hair causes the aversion of her husband?
Response: All praise is due to Allaah alone, and may Allaah send prayers and salutations upon His Messenger and his family and his companions. To proceed:
"an-nams" is the removal of the hair from the eyebrows; And this is not permissible since the Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) cursed the one who removed the hair from the eyebrows as well as the one who allowed such hair to be removed. It is (however) permissible for a woman to remove facial hair as well as the hair from her legs and arms.
And with Allaah lies all success and may Allaah send prayers and salutations upon our Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) and his family and his companions.
